Terms of Service

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final service scope or pricing may need to be adjusted if the home size, condition, access, or requested work is materially different from what was submitted.

Access and conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the property, running water, electricity, and a reasonably safe working environment for the scheduled visit.

Preparation requirements

Please ensure your home meets the preparation requirements for your selected service type before your scheduled appointment.

Standard Clean
Pick up clutter from floors, counters, and beds. Clear dishes from the sink. Secure pets away from cleaning areas. Ensure clear entry access with a key, code, or someone present.

Deep Clean
Includes all Standard Clean prep, plus clear items off baseboards and floor edges, empty the fridge or oven if included in scope, remove fragile or valuable items from detailed-cleaning surfaces, and flag known grout, stain, or buildup issues in advance.

Move-In/Move-Out Clean
The home must be fully empty of furniture and belongings before the crew arrives. Utilities including power and water must be active. No concurrent renovation or repair work can be happening on-site. Garbage and debris must be removed before arrival. Access method must be confirmed the same day.

Payment

By booking, you authorize the required deposit and any remaining balance due under the booking terms. Payment timing and deposit details are shown during checkout and in your confirmation.

Please ensure your home meets the preparation requirements for your selected service type (see above) before your scheduled appointment. If the property is not adequately prepared, we reserve the right to apply a non-compliance surcharge (up to 15% of the quoted price, minimum $30) or, in cases where service cannot be performed, to retain the deposit and charge a $50-75 rebooking fee.

Scheduling

Requested dates and times are subject to availability. We may contact you if an adjustment is needed.

Recurring service

If you choose recurring service, future visits follow the schedule shown at booking unless canceled or rescheduled according to our cancellation policy.

Liability

Please notify us promptly if there is a concern about the service. Once a cleaning service has been completed, payments are non-refundable. We may review service concerns at our discretion, but refunds and re-cleans are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service visit.
